How do I convert .bin to DVD video?

    I just downloaded a movie I've wanted to see.After extracting the 35 part RAR files to a single extraction-the file output was a 500MB .bin file.It does not play on WMP but can with vlc player and dvix player.I want to convert this to a DVD file to burn but the converters I use don't recognize it.
    I did a search and everything has something to do with a .cue file.There is nothing else that was extracted except that .bin file.Searches coming up empty.Please help.

    go to ask.com or google.com type bin file. it will give you your anser. had problems myself on that problem

    Thanks for the replies.As I stated before,I don't have a .cue file on my computer.I did search that exact page.Actually I don't follow it that well.Oh wee-I'm a newbie.
    steve-thanks for the info,it gives me something more to read and try out.
