How do I convert cam files?

    I want to download "The Longest Yard" from mybittorrent.com. It only comes in ".cam" format. What format do i have to convert it to so I can burn it to dvd format? I have software to convert svcd files to dvd and ws successful. I am very new to burning from the net. Any help would be appreciated. Thank-You.

    I have heard good things about bittorrent what can you tell me, do you have to be a member and if so how do you join up?
