you don't need to convert your mp3s to make an audio CD. just use whatever burning software like Roxio or Nero, and select create audio CD. then drag your mp3s to the burn window and the program will convert the file to PCM audio for the music CD

Are you talking about data CDs? Data CDs play on computers and some portable cd players, but not on Car or home Stereos. They actually hold about 700mbs worth of music, but you should make sure before doing this that the music files are either in mp3 or wma format, so the computer will recognize the files.
To burn mp3s to a data cd, just use Windos Media Player. Go to the "Copy to CD or divice tab," (on wmp10, it the burn tab) and select the menu that says CD Drive(X) - Audio CD. Once you click on this, more options will be availible, so select: Data CD. Then drag the music files into the area that says "Items to copy." Once you are done, press the burn button, and it should burn them to the CD in the drive.
I have fit 70 music files on a Data CD and still had room for more.
