How do I convert PCM to other audio formats?

    Hi there... I need to convert from PCM audio to other format, which tool shall I use???

    How did you get a raw PCM file? I don't know of any free apps that will read/convert a raw PCM file. It must be formatted as a WAV file.

    I demuxed a video with ReJig and got this *.pcm file; I'm trying to author a DVD and it says it's not a compatible format. That's why I'm trying to convert this *.pcm file to some other audio format recognized by DVDLab Pro.
