yesterday i donwloaded monster jam but then i have unrared the file its only ca 500 000bit and i cant burn it in nero as a dvd because its to small (1gb is minimum to burn a dvd). How do i fix the file so its as big as a normal gamecube game? and please dont tell me "just download ...." can you plaese insted do i guide or somthing, thats much more easy to understand
Just download.... =) find somewhere wiped gcm fixer aka. fstfix, version 1.3f, and use command line to navigate and use that program, write command: fstfix gamename.gcm f t
you need to use the wiped gcm fixer 1.5f version which should be linked below to it. I think it has a notepad file that tells you how to use it as well. http://ps2banz.sonyscene.com/mtc/general/wiped_gcm_fixer_v1.5f-loonycube.rar
get the fstfix13f and do like this: press start then go (i think its name is go on the english v. of xp) write in CMD and the command line will come up. then type in cd.. (remember: cd.. not just cd) then cd.. again then fstfix gamename.gcm(or .iso) f t
1.3f has bugs get 1.5f version it is stated in the mod that cube faq that 1.3f has issues and will mess up the ISO and says to only use the 1.5f version. so click the link above and download it. also in the link below shows a thread here in afterdawn that tells you how to use the program. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/217971
i´v used fstfix11b but when i have burned the game on a dvd disk, it comes up a picture of zelda and it loading, then the sreen go black and its only a white line in the bottom of the screen. what is the problem? it is a n64 game not an gc. the monsterjam game went fine
I hope u have readed all that not even nearly all N64 games work... Somewhere here is a list of what games work. And, saves wont remain in every game(or in all, idk)
No... Let me explain this N64 emulating on GC... Those Nintendo guys made emulators for Zelda OoT and MM, that they work on GC. Those emulators are designed only to OoT and MM, so game engine is for those games. And some games have samelike game engine than OoT or MM, so they work with those emulators, but unfortunately saving is different, so saving wont work And those N64 emulators for PC are designed to work with all kind of games. --- I suggest testing games first with streaming if possible.
