How do I fix this problem

I have the same problem, 3500 lights will not turn on. I don't understand a lot but I can follow layman terms. I cannot load any files as the loaded says update failed. Please Help, Al

Stop bumping/multiposting and say what type of box you have, e.g. pansat,coolsat, etc.
