how do i FTP a dashboard back to my xbox using smart FTP

    i erased everything on my hard drive and i need help on how to FTP the files back. i have never used FTP be4 so please make it in good detail. and please include where i can get the ms dash.

    i cant access my dash so how am i going to set the ip and stuff like that
