I download it but it just says do you wish to open with Adobe Photoshop Elements how can i get it to work I also need help on the GTA Objectcreator Vo2
Firstly what firmware version do you have if its not 1.5 or 2.0 dont even try its not going to work. Secondly do you have Winrar? if not get it. Winrar will open the Universal_Remotes_massa84_0201.rar file you have and inside it you should find 2 folders UniversalRemote and UniversalRemote% or sumthing like that. Now (remember only if you have 1.5) take those two folders and put them in your psp in the X:\PSP\GAME folder go to your psp and try. Piece

Yeap thats what it does, but there is a newer one its not called universal remote. it can run 2200 devices, look for it at psp-hacks.com
ok never have ran winrar. i figure that it just opens the rar file as soon as it is downloaded. but then it says this .. remotes. now i have never ran this winrar program now where do i put the file? and where are the instructions?

REMOTES highlight the folder REMOTES press ENTER it should then extract it to the location u specified Now go to that location and find that folder REMOTES in that folder there should be 2 folders Connect ur PSP and copy the two folders in REMOTES to X:\PSP\GAME Piece PS i cant believe youve never used winrar
ok the icon that was universal remotes turned to winrar kind of thing. so then i clicked on it. then i got a ton of other folders. this surley is what you are talking about. then when i click on on of the other folders it .txt files it comes as a bunch of numbers. then what do i extract? ahh forget it, this was for a friend... he gave up on me.
