? how do I improve VhS qlty

    I can capture my tapes and convert to DVD what a need is somthing to improve the quality of my old tapes is there software for this.

    Well You can use certain Filters to clean up the Image after captureing ,Like Virtual-Dub has a Whole Host of Filters or if you want to learn something complicated then useing AVISynth is Probably best for filtering noisy video....Useing a High Quality Capture device would also help with Capture Quality as a Genaric TV Card or a USB device will not Produce very high quality....

    What video capture cards or devices would you recommend for accomplishing this??? I am mostly concerned with quality of end result and also price.
