how do I know the name of my virus

    Hi,
    i have avg on my computer. Obviously the virus has infected it, because when it scans files, it lists which files are corrupt, but when I ask to see a log, it says log error. I would like to know which virus I have.,

    download hijackthis, do a scan and save a log and copy/paste the log here.
