Hi, my neighbour gave me an education CD Rom (PC CD-ROM) and asked to make a copy. I tried to use a cdr to burn but unable. Should I be getting a blank CD Rom to do this? If so, how do I go about it? Will my DVDRW do the job? I hope my question doesn't sound too dumb. First time gotten something that isn't a cd or dvd.
your confusing me!! Expalin; Im just taking a stab at this but yes you will need a [/b]blank[/b] CD-r to make a copy. Yup. I also don't understand this part.
You know, there are these disc that can only be played in PC they call them PC CD ROM isn't it? (Pls correct me if Im wrong very new to this, learning everything from afterdawn actually) Well, I took a blank cdr disc (the ones you use to burn audio cd, vcd) to copy (which it did) but it won't even play on computer. I reckon the PC CD ROM is not the normal cd/vcd right? I think games use this too CD Rom? If Im getting it all, pls educate me. Thks.
ah, OK, I gotcha. Well you can use a CD-r to make your copy of your education program. What program are you using to make this backup?
Sonic record Now. But it gives a successful burn, unfortunately it just does not play. Should I be buying a blank CD ROM
You should always use CD-r to make backups, lol Im not educated with Sonic record now so I am ZERO use, I always Nero for my data backup.
