how do I make a dvd drive compatible with my motherboard?

    So I got banned on one of my 360s, so I thought I would try and take that dvd drive out and put it in an old xbox 360 (dvd drive doesnt work in this xbox) and so I switched them and put a game in and it doesnt work.

    What can I do for this to work?
    If anyone knows please let me know

    flash the drive with your unbanned consoles key. or flash the unbanned consoles drive to match.

    That or set the two up on a date, after a movie, some dinner, and a moonlit walk through the park; you'll know if they are compatible or not.

    As far as "making" them compatible I believe that falls under the date rape category and is generally frowned upon by society.
