How do I make halo mods

    I got my xbox soft moded.
    I got the action replay and all games needed.
    I have been able to sign into smart ftp but I don
    know how to make the mods like super speed, max jump, wepon pops
    and outhers simular.
    IF anyone could tell me that whould be greate
    my aim is
    goast2006
    my xbox live names are
    goastkiller (thats my name I hardly use)
    goast returns (I am always on that name)
