how do i make my computer recognize the phone

    im using my psp data cable to connect my phone and my computer kinda recognizes it, it says new hardware found motorola v3 and i need to install but i just ignore that.

    Ive downloaded mobile edit, pst phone programmer, hhd usb monitor, and wibu-key

    they all cant dectect my razr v3 im all out of ideas and patience
