how do i make sig pictures for AD?

how do i make signature pictures for AD?For example, a user name is called bone.then "bone" made a signature with his name in it and some other colourful stuff .how can i do that by making a signature with kikzm33z in it but some other stuff.i will appreciate any help from u kind people .thanks dudes/duddettes!i dont think i explain things right so heres another example:like a sig saying "afterdawn addict"and then in the corner or something there is the username.i need help on this.as i said,i appreciate ANY help at all.
