how do i put games on to xbox hdd

    i have a chipped xbox 1 but i dont know the size of the hdd i just want to try to put a game on the hdd i have got the program dvd 2 xbox but when i put it in i dont know were to go to put the program on

    iv tryed just pressing on the dvd in drive thing but nowt happens

    can u give me a link with a guide to help me because i think iv got the rong program or there is somthing wrong with it
