How do you remove applications or emulators from your drive/dashboard. I saw in a thread to just delete the files, but the program still shows up on the menu for apps after I deleted all the files.

Which dashboard are you using? In some dashboards you'll have to modify a cfg or xml file to remove some items from the menu.

When I delete that emulator from the hard drive it still appears as an option on the emulator menu. But when I click on it it says file not found

after you delete an emulator, you will need to refresh the emulator list (hit start one the main screen, while highlighting the emulators option). then the emulator will go away.

As for removing the entire option itself, yes, i'm almost positive that would involve editing xml's, not something to be done without either knowledge of the language or a tutorial on it.
