How do I rip JUST the Movie from a DVD with all Audio options?

    I want to rip a movie from a DVD disc, in a stand-alone file that can be put onto a re-authored DVD-R backup. I want to keep the 5.1 sound with it.

    Is this possible? I did it with DVD-Shrink, but when I tried to copy it onto a DVD-R by itself, Nero keeps saying it can't find a certain VOB: path - even when I rip the whole DVD to the hard drive.

    AM I doing something wrong?

    What's the exact error Nero gives you?
