How Do I Run Downloaded PC Games From Kazaa?

    I know this may sound a bit stupid but I am only new to this. I have recently downloading some PC games from Kazaa and can not get them to work. Do I need to copy them to CD first? If possible could somebody let me know of a link to a website that would explain the process of running downloaded games. Please help!
