I have an Executor 3/Avalaunch xbox that has XBMC on the dashboard menu, but nothing happens when I select it. I think maybe the guy that sold it to me deleted the whole folder for it. I can load it back onto the hard drive, no problem. My confusion starts when I compare a soft modded Xbox to this one. There is no config file that I can see, for the avalaunch dash. How do I tell avalaunch where I put the XBMC/default file?

Use AID 3.0, it does it all for you! You just click install and then it works!

The way I did it was: On the drive that has your dashboard files, there is a file that ends in .xml. You can open that file in Notepad, and look for where it says to check for Apps. When I did my system, the XBMC was in F:/Apps/XMBC. So on the .xml file, I configured it to look in the F:/Apps/ file for all Applications. Now when you are finished with the .xml file in notepad, you have to save changes, and FTP it back into your system and overwrite the old .xml file. It should then work.
