Dude, get an FTP program like FlashFXP. Transfer whatever files from your xbox to your PC, then transfer them back to your other xbox.

Hmm I really don't know how to do that, sorry dude. But what I suggested would surely work. Try it, it might be a little bit of a hassle but it'll work.

You need a program called xbox ftp client on the xbox that you want to transfer files to, and any dash that is running an ftp server on the other machine. Avalaunch, or Evox both work fine. You then need to know the IP of both machines so that you can access one from the other. On the box that you want files transfered to start xbox ftp client, and create a new server. This will allow you to enter a name for the server like Mark's XBOX, an ipaddress, a port number (should be port 21), a username, and a password. Once the server is created you should be able to connect to the other xbox, and transfer files. It is tricky at first, and takes some practice to realize what makes the files transfer correctly, but give yourself 30 minutes or so, and It should work like a charm.

    Hi guys,

I've got FlashFXP and am trying to set up my Xbox but am having trouble.

-Installed FlashFXP 3 on my PC
-Connected the cat5 cable to my Xbox and to my ethernet swtich (I know, I wish I had a router...)
-Switched on the Xbox and tried to establish a connection with the following:
Set my Xbox IP (in Xbox live network settings) to 198.168.0.123
In FlashFXP, set username/pass both to xbox and added the above IP

Got no response, but it does however respond to a ping from my PC when I'm in the Network settings on my Xbox.

Some help would be greatly appreciated. Is there a tutorial on FTP Xbox with FlashFXP, if so where? I can't seem to find one.

    Thanks,
    M

I believe Cat5 cables are patch cables, you want cross-over cables if you're not behind a router.
