How do i turn a RAR file into a PPF file????? I also need to know how to get on X-Box Live with mods....ive already tried turning it off and on

    k i need to know how to get RAR files into PPF files....i have winRAR but I dont know how to use it......also, if anyone knows where to get quality mods that are already PPF files please send them to me:)
