How Do I Turn My KVCD MPEG File To Bin & Cue Files

    Okay, I know how to create a KVCD using TMPGEnc...I have the templates and what not. But I don't know how to turn that mpeg file into a .bin and a .cue.

    Can anyone tell me what I need to use thanks
