how do i turn this dma thing off?

    i read that if u turn dma off it may stop u dropping frames so can ne one tell me what this is and how i turn it off cheers.

    DMA is your friend. You DO NOT want to turn this off... if you do, you cut your transfer speeds from 100-133MBytes/sec down ot 16MBytes/sec. And I dont think you want to do that. :)
