Hello All, I have a new phone, but I want to go back to my last phone, Nokia 6230. When I take the SIM out of my new phone and put it back in my 6230 it says Phone restricted, and you have the option to Undo, in which case it asks for a code. Can someone please give me specific instructions on how to fix this problem? IMEI # is 355032/00/083888/2 Code 0519868FM10TY I need this fixed ASAP for work related problems. Thanks.
Sorry, I don't know anything about what I am doing. Additionally, when I was on the phone with my provider, Cingular, USA. They had me enter several pin numbers, which I hope haven't caused my phone not to accept any unlock codes. Thanks for your help, and if possible, please be as detailed as you can. I'm angy that Cingular told me I could go back to my old phone anytime, and now they aren't helping me. Thanks.
