How do I unlock my phone?

    Do i need a basic software to get the Subsidy Password for my Razr V3 Phone?

    Someone sent me something called PSK EASY TOOL but it keeps saying Connecting to phone ...
    ERROR: Could not connect

    You probably have the drivers incorrectly installed. Uninstall them and reinstall them before you connect the phone to the computer via usb.
