how do i use nero to burn?

i have the final video_ts folder and was wondering how to burn the folder or do i? burn it as data?

Or in Nero Express:

Select DVD-Video Files
Click the Add button.
Locate and open the folder or VIDEO_TS folder containing the video files.
Right click and select Select All.
Click the Add button.
Click the Next button.
Enter the volume label if needed and set the burn speed.
Click Burn.
