    Depends on ...
What burning software do you use?

If you don't have the patience to answer and wait for a "re-reply" I'd recommend a forum search for "mp3 CD" or read in your burning software's documentation the part about how to create a data CDs and (sub)folders on it.

On your PC you can access all folders/files you burned - right?

There are some mp3 CD players that are not capable of using (sub)folders, others have certain limits. If there's no information in your player's documentation you could try (using a CD-RW ideally to save media) changing the settings in Nero's "ISO" tab. I'd try ISO level 1 with full restrictions; both: with/without Joliet; use short folder names without blanks (for trying if it works at all just use e.g. \folder1 , \folder2 ...
