The fusking thing almost started on fire. I don't know what the fusk I should do. I connected the power the right way, and I have a 500W power supply.
    What do I do?
The thing almost burned out completely. But it still works.

it depends. i always leave mine in the off position because windows xp has a hard time booting up (for me). once xp is up i'll flip the switch to the on position.

something had to go wrong for it to almost fry though. i have connected a drive to and from kit while my comp is on (the kit was switched off though while i romoved and added it). i have had no such problems.

I pushed the molex cable all the way in if that makes a difference. And I flipped it on after I connected it. I guess I have to keep the switch "ON" when I connect the molex...
