how do you convert divx to ipod(mp4) using videora?

    how do you convert divx to ipod(mp4) using videora? it says it supports divx but when i try to go in to my divx files to convert nothing shows up.

    make sure you have the correct codecs installed on your machine, without the codecs no software will reconise the file, you can install k-lite codec pack from this site this will install all the codecs you need, then try again, i use videora often and i have no problem. it reconise any file i try to convert.
