How do you convert PAL DVDs to NTSC?

    I have several PAL DVDs but no clue how to convert it to NTSC. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Try this:
    1) convert the DVD into a popular video format (e.g. mpeg, avi)
    2) transcode and burn again, using programs (e.g. Nero) that let you set NTSC or PAL.
