   Ive ripped a DVD onto my hard drive (ripped as a VOB file). What utility do I use to convert it to VCD? Ive tried TMPGE but it wont let me do it. The DVD is just over an hour long, so when I finally convert it to VCD it should fit on one disk nicely.
