How do you extract the audio from a video file?

    I recorded a concert and I want to extract the audio from the video file so that I can put it in a cd

    VitualDubMod can remove the audio stream from any video format and it is free. In the menu just choose Streams->Streams List and save whatever audio stream you want. Then convert that stream or save as wav and burn directly.
