im having problems with direct x.i ran the run...put in run...dxdiag when to display in the direct panel where you can test direct draw and direct 3d.when i test direct 3d.direct 7 is fine,direct 8 will spin but stop evey know and then.direct 9 seems like it want to spin but its at a crawl with alot of stopping where i see the box stopped.what can i do to fix this?what causes this to happen?please help my games are running with alot of stutter.thanks chris
might be a videocard problem, either software or hardware. try the card in another computer to see if does same thing.
the video card is fine.some how direct x got corrupted im tring to uninstall with a uninstall direct x thing i found on major geeks.thanks man...its making me crazy
i fixed it thanks.still one game messed up project snowblind which is an awesome game.hey,ddp do you know how to redo the direct x code in a game, so the game will run right.wheres the direct x file? and how can i add it to the game?i think there is a game program all messed up, but if i could add that direct x code into the game file somehow it might work.is that possible?i get alot of stutter and loss of sound,during gameply and fmv.only this game all others work fine,too many to list
yea i tried.alot of people having same problems.suxs, cause it a really good game.guess im going to have to live with it.they started making a patch but stopped making it on sept 25,2005.that really suxs.dont know about that edios[there up in your neigborhood huh?]everytime i buy a pc game from them,there is always something wrong with it.they say the gf 5000,6000 series cards have problems with game.dont think im buying ati to play one game.ill try to hack it somehow and fix there engine.im hoping anyway..thanks alot man.the game is neat project snowblind if you like fps.cool story line[sci-fi]
