how do you play cso?

absolutely nothing. ur in for a wait for the 3.11 downgrader. best thing to do is not upgrade anymore and cross ur fingers.

 

I'm not downgrading my psp because of the risk' it can damage my psp.

 

Could someone tell me how to play a cso on my PSP. I have just downgraded from 3.03 to 1.5 and installed custom FW 3.10 OE-A. Is there something else that I need to install in order to run the cso from my memory stick? Thanks!

 

Yeah, I upgraded to 3.10 OE-A and I'm having trouble with CSO files too.

I made an ISO folder in the root of the memory stick and put the file in there but when and it even shows the game in my PSP. But when I select it, it gets an error..



Can anyone help?

 

look you all people that dont try.with 3.10 oe.a you put dax,cso,and iso in ms0:/ISO folder and run it in games.the file must be a good file or else it will restart ur psp.if u have 3.03 official u downgrade in 5 min like i did just follow the guide(get a detailed one)whatever u find in the google(google anything u wanna know about psp,even questions)and there is 99.9% of success so dont be afraid of a brick cause if u do it right is not gonna happen.

 

also in the recovery menu disable all de advance setting (there are 3 of them)and if u are goin to play a official demo switch to 3,10 kernel and to run homebrew an all the crap u can put on ur ms put 1.50 kernel.enable no-umd setting to load the iso or dax cso without a problem.dark alex is the shit.if i was sony instead of compiting with him i'd try to recruit him to work for me.if u cant beat him join him and sony seems to lose every battle against psp hacker especially dax.

 

I've been reading through many msgboards, and have found the answer. Thank you for not yelling at me for being a noob lol. If i subscribe to this post though will someone post when there is a 3.10 downgrader. Because I didn't know about homebrew games or what your system had to be to use them. So I upgraded to 3.10, I'm definitly not going to 3.11 until Dark Alex has one...after the 3.10 downgrader is released that is.

 

I SAW COMMENTS ABOUT DEV HOOK, CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW I GO ABOUT USING DEV HOOK TO PLAY A CSO FILE I HAVE?

Hahaha! Seriously though I've not seen 1 person report a brick from the 3.03 downgrader since it was released, and qj reports over 45,000 downloads. The only way you can brick it is if you remove the power cable and have low battery (if even checks your battery level before beginning, so even that is hard to do).

If you brick your either an idiot, impatient, or just INCREDIBLY unlucky (as in lightning stikes you frequently on sunny days).

Unfortunatley so did everyone else who comes here. 3.10 Has been decrypted, but there is no talk of a downgrader, the cracking teams frequenlty say they aren't going to release any more downgraders, but sometimes they do. So there may be one on the horizon, but it could be months away/if ever

 

In the website i'm a mod there's a guy who was able to load something on a 3.10.He said his friend and the father are working on a downgrader.Who knows?

yo when a 3.10 downgrader its release i'm sure everybody will hear about it so stop asking and the solution now to a 3.10 its to make one of your friends switch his psp with 3.03 for yours.

 

i tried to get my roommate to switch with me but he won't do it and he's the only other person i hang out with that has one

 

I need to know which DevHook would work with psp v1.5 and how to run .cso files.
