how do you remove menu's from real DVD's?

    i use TDA to copy the dvd movie(6GB MPG) to my harddrive, then i made a mpg with MVW (NTSC DVD), but now i want to put the real dvd menu back on the new MVW MPG. how do i do this and want program will i need?

    What's MVW, and why such a convoluted, complicated method?
    Just use DVDShrink (with DVD Decrypter if needed).
