I would like to take short footage clips off a DVD and combine them. And put them into my oun movie. The DVDs are not copy righted. is there a simple way of doing this, and what programs would I need for this task?
I know TMPGEnc can do it, and DVD Shrink can also. You can try going into re-author mode in Shrink and use "set start/end frames" command. Select what you want to use and then output to DVD Folder. You file will be in the vts_01_1.vob.
