   As the name says....How do you to turn an avi file to gif?
   
   I really want to know, wanna make some fan dubs of bleach, but have to blur out da subtitles...

   I would just pause the video at the picture i want and then hit Print Screen and then paste it in a program i can save it as a gif. Simple as that.
