hey guys , i downloaded a bunch of skins to my computer from xbox-skins.net since they wouldnt show when i tried to downloaded them directly from my xbox and now i dont know how to transfer them to my console . i tried burning them on a data cd and it didnt work ; i've also heard about ftp connecttion between the pc and xbox but i dont know how to set it up so if anybody can help it would be greatly apreciated
You have to get an FTP program like SmartFTP. When you get that you have to get your xbox's IP. Then at the top of SmartFTP you type in your xbox's IP and the xbox's name and password. Then you connect and you can transfer the skins to your xbox and put the skins in the skins folder.
sorry for the interruption, but can i also do this using xplorer360? i cant ftp so im stuck with using that everytime i want to do something to my xbox
