How do you turn the audio description off on Starview 3 boxes

    I put this in another thread but it's really starting to annoy me!
    I've pressed the audio button and it just comes up with a little box that says 'L NAR R' 'and L eng R' and I can change it to just L, R or both but whenever I click on NAR or eng it doesn't seem to turn it off
