how do you utilize the F: drive?

    just installed a new hd but i can't seem to save anything to the F: drive. The E: has much less space but that's the only place (other than c:) that games can be saved to. there's 22gb's just sitting in F:/. tried going to seamonkey's site, couldn't load it at all. thanks for any help.
