It doesn't know or care what you downloaded it with. So if it is an XviD avi with mp3 audio, you play it the same as any other XviD avi with mp3 audio, etc.
I usually play my files with Realone Player. If that doesn't work, Windows Media Player. And if that doesn't work, I use DivX player. It plays a lot more files than Realone or WMP can..
I've Used All of those- real player, DIVX etc. but i now use VLC media player. and most people on this site would agree, is the best. plays absolutely everything that i've managed to download here are some links for anyone interested Mac http://www.versiontracker.com/php/d...g/pub/videolan/vlc/0.8.2/macosx/vlc-0.8.2.dmg Windows http://www.versiontracker.com/php/d.../videolan/vlc/0.8.2/win32/vlc-0.8.2-win32.exe there you go troopers! =) Lethal
Personally I use mplayer, it can use external codecs unlike VLC so it supports Real Media and other proprietary stuff. Basically the only thing that mplayer doesn't support is DVD menus.
