HOW i CAN open encrypted files?

    I Encrypt and secure my data in partition D i.e. no one can open my data, copy or delete but me with my own user name and password ( account) . The problem is that I have formatted partition C and re install windows XP but I can’t open MY data or copy it from partition D? Please help!!!

    Use PowerCrypt 2000, you can decrypt with it. There will be a tab that says "Decrypt Files", it is also free. Just do a search on it.
