How in the world do you watch the second title of a two-part burned dvd?

Okay, I know this question may sound trivial but I have searched the internet and have not found a single person experiencing the same thing I am.

I burned a movie to a DVD-R using ConvertXToDvd4. The movie is split into two parts, both being .avi files. I know both files have burned successfully because ConvertX said they did and I can insert the DVD in my computer and see both files labeled as "Title 1" and "Title 2". My problem, however arises when I try to play my disc in any DVD player. As soon as the first title ends (right around the 55 minute mark), the movie just loops all over again, right back from TITLE 1.. It will not play title 2 for the life of me. I can easily skip CHAPTERS because ConvertX created them every 5 minutes. Does anybody know how I can get the player to play TITLE 2??

I'm using a Panasonic BD60, but I have also tried it in my Xbox 360 with the same result. I know it's possible somehow because when I was skipping chapters like crazy in the 360 and it somehow took me into title 2 but I cannot duplicate it. I did not burn the DVD with any menus either.

Please tell me this is an easy fix and I am overlooking something. Thank you.

In your menu settings, did you choose "play titles after one another" or did you choose "loop playback"? If you chose loop, it will just play the first chapter, even tho it created a dvd movie with both titles.
