How increase the speed of a wmv? from 23min to 20min.

    I have created a 23 minute movie in Windows Movie Maker and want to post it to facebook, but they have a 20 min video limit and I don't want to cut the video. Can I compress the length of the video before uploading without the audio sounding like the chipmunks?
