how many MB is 4 min in dvd format?

    Hello,

    How big is file size of a four minute video in dvd format?

    I took a look at a few 4 minute long segments from various locations of a commercial DVD and this is what I got:
    132 MB
    168 MB
    134 MB
    134 MB
    142 MB
    145 MB
    141 MB

    The video within the segments do not maintain the same bitrate, so the size changes.
