I LOVE DVD Shrink.I only backup the movie files. Don't need the extras. I burn with CloneDVD. I don't make any coasters and make backups of some of the newest movies out there.

I'm with woof811 I have had no problems with DVD Shrink and Nero 6 both of these programs are good enough for me. I had mix results burning with Nero 6 but found out that it must have been a software or hardware conflict with one of my PC's I built a new system with spare parts and my Pioneer DVR-106D has not failed me yet sense the switch and the quality of the DVD's are awesome thx to DVD Shrink...

I use DVD Shrink 3.0 Beta 5 and Nero 5.5.10.50 (with the Nero MPEG-2/DVD-Encoder plug-in, $24.00 US. for the Email vers, much cheaper than Nero 6 upgrade!) and have sucessfully backed up seventy-seven movies and four full seasons of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. DVD Shrink will even remove the DVD-BackUp notice inserted by 321 studio's DVD X Copy. I wasted my money on DVD X Copy before I discovered DVD Shrink, and I'm glad I did not waste more money on DVD2One. DVD Shrink and Nero, what a great combo I use them three or four times a week. DVD Shrink is the best free program I have ever found. And I highly recomend it.
