    Really xyqo? I didn't know the PS3 can do split screen on 2 TV's. I thought the 2 HDMI outs would send the same video signal to 2 different displays. I didn't know you can span over 2 displays. Where did you get this info?

    I'm hoping to spend $700 and walk away with a game after taxes.

    I will use the free download service to get demo's like a cheap skate until I can afford more games.I will also take my one game online and milk it dry.It will probably be resistance : fall of man if it turn out a launch title.

    @eatsushi
    They wanted to make it out put to two separate displays but now it's not going to.

    I have $1000 set aside and like eatsushi my first accessory will be a high-end HDMI cable for my PS3 to SXRD connection. The Silver Serpent Reference 1080P is an excellent choice:

    Nice. I'll be waiting for January before i get an HD-TV.
    I think it will be 1080i though :(. I'll sell it in a few months then get one with 1080p (",)

    I agree with eatsushi and error5. If you have a decent HDTV especially one with 1080p and HDMI it will be worth getting a good HDMI cable to take advantage of the PS3's 1080p. I also use the Silver Serpents from bettercables.com for my other equipment and they're outstanding.

    I also have about $1000 set aside (plus another $1000 for the Sony standalone BD player.) I'm getting just one or two games at the start (Resistance: Fall of Man) as I plan to spend more on BluRay movies.

    Yeha cal of duty is always good. I got the first two on my computer. The third will now be for my ps3 most likley. Im not sure about resistance fall of man but it looks great from what I've seen.

    I'll spend at least enough many to get the most expensive package there is, and maybe get some games... Depends on what will be released at launch, if none of the games catch my eye, i'll just wait for better stuff to come out.
