how the hell do i restore ms dashboard?

    if any body can please tell me how to restore ms dashboard i would be very thankfull. but please use simple steps and words.

    reload the c and e folders from the back you made of them when you installed evox,if you didn't ask a friend if you can have a copy of theirs?
