    Another option ~

Drag and drop the Bin/Cue files into ISO Buster. ISO Buster will break it down to several files. Select the MPEG 2 files, right-click that and select "filter MPEG 2 files and extract to" (and enter a folder where you want your MPEG2 files to go. Then burn to disc.

try using dvd decrypter to burn the bin, if no luck try this.

The BIN file is the image of a CD, and the CUE file is a text file (you can open with Notepad), which instructs your CD burning program how to burn the BIN file.

Now, open your favorite CD burning program (CDRWin or Nero are the 2 most popular that will handle this format). Select burn image, then select your CUE file. The program should handle the rest. You're done.

You can also make things easier by using a program like Alcohol 120% (cd burning program). This program will identify BIN files without having to adjust the CUE, burn them for you, or even mount them to a virtual drive allowing you to access the data without burning a disc.
